The Empowered Prints Internship is a 6 week skills and job training based program lead by our own Thelma. Thelma has a Masters Degree in Special Education and is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in field. Thelma will be customizing each of our Empowered Prints Internship Programs based around the needs and skills of each individual. Lou has over 25 years of experience in the production and Graphic Design field and will be managing the physical training of the techniques and skills needed for a business such as ours.

When we started ThelmaLou Creations back in 2018, we never planned to be teaching anyone how to make t-shirts and other personalized gift items. As our business evolved, as our friendship evolved, so did our mission.
Through our Empowered Prints Internship Program, our mission is to educate and systematically fade support to increase confidence and ultimately provide the opportunity for employment, financial freedom and independence.
