The Empowered Prints Internship is a skills and job training based program lead by our own Thelma. Thelma has a Masters Degree in Special Education and is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in field. Thelma will be customizing each of our Empowered Prints Internship Programs based around the needs and skills of each individual. Lou has over 25 years of experience in the Marketing, Graphic Design and production field and will be managing the physical training of the techniques and skills needed for a business such as ours.
Through our Empowered Prints Internship Program, our goal is to educate and systematically fade support to increase confidence and ultimately provide the opportunity for employment, financial freedom and independence. |

ThelmaLou's mission is to create a business platform which would provide a stable learning environment of vocational training for adults with special needs across a variety of skills within the areas of graphic design, marketing, e-commerce, social communication, packaging, purchasing and more. Through our Empowered Prints Internship Program, our goal is to educate and systematically fade support to increase confidence and ultimately provide the opportunity for employment, financial freedom and independence.
