CUSTOM REQUESTS:
Once your Custom Request is submitted, and if everything is clearly detailed and no further questions are needed, a Preliminary Written Estimate based of the information provided will be emailed to the email address on record. All Custom Requests will require an Art/Set Up Fee depending on the project. This will be defined in advance. Each Art/Set Up Fee includes 1 design change and each change thereafter will be an additional $10.
Once you receive your Final Estimate with your Final Proof, you will have 72 hours to make your payment. All Custom Requests over $100 will require a 50% deposit to be paid before production is to be started. No work is done and no product is ordered without a deposit. Once all Custom Request Proofs are approved and all deposits are paid, your project will be started and you can expect it to be completed within 7-10 business days. IF a rush order is requested, we will do our best to accommodate. If a Rush Order is requested, and product is needed to be rushed from a vendor, rushed shipping costs will your responsibility and will be added to your 50% deposit. If final project requires shipping rather than delivery, shipping costs will be added to final invoice.

RETURN POLICY:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for pre-made/stock products if the following apply:
Custom or Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
