EXCHANGE REQUEST / ORDER ISSUE FORM

Steps to Initiate an Exchange or Report an Issue

NOTE: All items are made to order, therefore returns are not accepted. On occasion we may approve an exchange. Follow the process below to inquire about a possible exchange.

STEP 1: Submit Exchange/Issue Request
Complete the form below in full. If an exchange is requested, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and confirmation email with the ThelmaLou Exchange Form within 24 hours.

STEP 2: Return the Original Item(s)
Ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition, along with the completed ThelmaLou Exchange Form and RA# assigned to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the exchange is due to an error on our part). A valid tracking number must be secured and we suggest you make a record of your tracking number once your label is created.

STEP 3: Processing & Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will either begin processing your exchange or contact you regarded a denial of exchange. If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise notified.

The Empowered Prints Internship is a skills and job training based program lead by our own Thelma. Thelma has a Masters Degree in Special Education and is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in field. Thelma will be customizing each of our Empowered Prints Internship Programs based around the needs and skills of each individual. Lou has over 25 years of experience in the production and Graphic Design field and will be managing the physical training of the techniques and skills needed for a business such as ours.

When we started ThelmaLou Creations back in 2018, we never planned to be teaching anyone how to make t-shirts and other personalized gift items. As our business evolved, as our friendship evolved, so did our mission.
Through our Empowered Prints Internship Program, our mission is to educate and systematically fade support to increase confidence and ultimately provide the opportunity for employment, financial freedom and independence.
