PRODUCTION TIMES:
• Orders placed between the 1st of the month and the 15th of the month, will be ready for pickup after the 30th of the same month.
• Orders placed from the 16th of the month and the last day of the month, will be ready for pickup after the 16th of the following month.
USPS SHIPPING:
If you choose USPS delivery, normal shipping rates will apply. Once items have shipped and USPS has taken possession of order, ThelmaLou Creations, LLC is no longer liable for orders. A tracking number is provided once order has shipped.
PICKUP PROCEEDURE:
If you are in no hurry for your order, you can choose pickup from our ThelmaLou Creations front porch drop box. Cross streets are Dysart and Thunderbird area in the West Valley. Actual address and pickup instructions are provided to you once your order is marked complete.

The Empowered Prints Internship is a skills and job training based program lead by our own Thelma. Thelma has a Masters Degree in Special Education and is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in field. Thelma will be customizing each of our Empowered Prints Internship Programs based around the needs and skills of each individual. Lou has over 25 years of experience in the production and Graphic Design field and will be managing the physical training of the techniques and skills needed for a business such as ours.

When we started ThelmaLou Creations back in 2018, we never planned to be teaching anyone how to make t-shirts and other personalized gift items. As our business evolved, as our friendship evolved, so did our mission.
Through our Empowered Prints Internship Program, our mission is to educate and systematically fade support to increase confidence and ultimately provide the opportunity for employment, financial freedom and independence.
